VVK-331 Control and Alarm Device
Purpose
Stationary equipment for continuous measurement and control of non-pulse fixed vibrations on non-rotating parts of the machine during its start-up and under load.
VVK-331 is the basic equipment under GOST 25364-82. Beginning from 1982, it has been installed on all new and existing turbines in the USSR and was used at many energy projects abroad.
VVK-331 is a measurement instrument recorded in the State Register of Measuring Instruments of Ukraine under the number y119-07. It has a valid certificate of conformity № UA-MI/2p-2286-2007.
The device comes in ten versions depending on the use of either uniaxial or biaxial sensors and the number of measurement channels.

Functions
· Measurement of RMS values of vibration speed;
· Displaying the RMS values on the dial test indicator;
· Alarm signaling (emergency and warning) in case the RMS values exceed the threshold;
· Channel failure alarm signaling;
· Providing analog current output proportional to the vibration speed for connection of recording devices;
· Operating mode - continuous, round-the-clock.
VVK-331 can be used independently or as a part of the aggregate or SCADA systems for process automation in oil and gas transportation, energy, mining and processing industries.
