Сontrol and alarm system KSA-15
KSA-15 control and alarm system is a stationary system designed for continuous measurement and monitoring of vibration parameters on the rotating parts of the machine during its start-up and under load.
KSA-15 control and alarm system is used for measurement, control and alarm signaling in case of a permanent shift in performance characteristics, such as vibration displacement and axial shifting of rotors in centrifugal compressor units, beyond those specified.
KSA-15 is a measurement instrument registered in the State Register of Measuring Instruments of Ukraine under the number y424-95. It has a valid certificate of conformity number UA-MI/2p-3360-2010.
The system comes in six versions depending on the measurement range and the length of the body with an inductor.

Functions
- measuring and displaying amplitude levels for vibration displacement on the dial test indicator;
- measuring and displaying axial shift values on the dial test indicator;
- alarm signaling (emergency and warning) in case the monitored parameters are beyond the threshold;
- alarm signaling in case of the measuring channel failure;
- analog output (voltage) for connecting devices and analyzers;
- operating mode - continuous, round-the-clock.
KSA15 can be used independently, or as part of the aggregate or SCADA systems for process automation in oil and gas transportation, energy, mining and processing industries.

Average service life is at least 10 years.
