Purpose:

Displacement transducer electromagnetic  ВВТ – 133 is designed for contactless converting instantaneous values ​​of the gap between the end of the coil and the metallic surface to an electrical signal.

ВВТ – 133 converter is a single channel measurement tool for monitoring changes or relative axial vibratory shaft of the supercharger pumping unit to the bearing housing . Blower shaft material - steel grades : 20H13 , 20H12 , 20HZMVF , 38HNZMFA , 34HNZMA , 40KhN , 40HNMA , 40H2MA .
 
Converters labeled " 1ExdibIICT6 complete KSA- 15" and can be installed in explosive areas . They meet the requirements of GOST 12.2.007.0, GOST 22782.0 provide flameproof protection level with the following:
  • " Intrinsic safety " according to GOST 22782.5
  •  " Flameproof " according to GOST 22782.6 .

  • Measurement conversion frequency signal to the magnitude of a voltage proportional to the instantaneous value of the gap 
  • Analog voltage output for connecting secondary instrumentation
